Job Description
Assist clinicians and their practices by managing the onboarding of RCM accounts through efficient, accurate, and professional RCM management services. The RCM Implementation Manager position is responsible for oversight and project management: coordination, planning, oversight, tracking, and reporting of activities in direct support of onboarding all newly acquired customers and all RCM related technologies.
This position will start working remotely and transition into a hybrid model 2-3 days/week, reporting to our new Eagan, MN office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Organize, track, and manage the implementations and configuration of RCM accounts across the Therapy Brands suite of services portfolio
- Develop and implement processes and protocols to streamline implementation processes for new and existing PMS customers, ensuring a quick time to value in processes
- Provide reporting of critical issues and help drive items to completion
- Prepare and present regular reports for executive leadership on the status of RCM implementation, including KPIs, timelines, and remediation efforts for off track implementations
- Track and develop remediation efforts both proactively (through live account tracking) and reactively (through churn and off-track implementation tracking) of RCM accounts
- Manage Implementation staff members across multiple teams in theTherapy Brands portfolio, and be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, as well as coaching and performance management for all RCM implementation-staff members
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with implementation teams in other functional areas across Therapy Brands to ensure a seamless customer experience in implementations
- Personally oversee and execute on high-value RCM account implementations
- Work collaboratively with functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Sales) across Therapy Brands to develop and execute on implementation in an efficient manner, decreasing time to value
- Continue to improve all RCM integration processes and technologies, including documenting and implementing best practices
- Conducts regular and periodic meetings with team members to ensure that deadlines and schedules are being met
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a relevant discipline preferred. In lieu of four-year degree, project management certifications desired
- 3 years of implementation and/or account management experience required
- 2 years of medical billing, or an intermediate understanding of the revenue cycle in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of EDI / ERA Enrollment process required
- Working knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and project management tools required
- Strong project management or implementation experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including at the executive level
- Intermediate computer skills (typing, data entry, general computer, and browser usage)
- Must have the ability to analyze large sets of data and recommend/make actionable data-informed decisions
