Job Description

The Marketing Project Manager will own the management of all Therapy Brands conference attendance along with large project execution for the marketing team. You will be responsible for everything from exhibitor applications to return shipping of the booths and everything in between.  In addition to conferences, you will work side-by-side with the VP of Marketing to ensure the timely execution of larger marketing efforts that require the management of multiple team members and vendors.   
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION 

As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Planning and developing the entire lifecycle of conferences and large marketing projects. 
  • Leading the relative team members to the successful execution. 
  • Establishing deadlines and monitoring the progress. 
  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise.  
  • Managing financial resources by project. 
  • Ensure satisfaction with key stakeholders. 
  • Performance evaluation of conference or project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project. Management, or equivalent documented work experience. 
  • 5+ years of conference and event management. 
  • Advanced Communication Skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. 
  • Outstanding time management skills. 
  • Essential problem-solving and leadership skills. 
  • Experience with Hubspot Marketing Automation Software. 
  • Expert-level experience with Monday.com. 
  • Certificate in Pragmatic Marketing a plus.
