The Senior Manager, Global Commercial Strategy plays a senior operating role in establishing and owning the bridge between Operations and Commercial functions, with primary responsibility for the non-branded / industrial business across the Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds business. This role will serve as the internal owner for the customer perspective within cross-functional operating processes, ensuring that supply chain capabilities, constraints, and decisions are translated into commercial actions that improve service, reduce friction, and create a competitive advantage with our global customer base.

Reporting to the Director, Global Business Development & Sales Strategy, this position is responsible for ensuring that commercial and operational leaders have the data, tools, processes, and visibility needed to make profit-maximizing decisions, reduce costs, and provide the best possible service to a global non-branded customer base. The role will support branded business needs where shared processes, data, tools, or operational dependencies overlap.

The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional operating processes that connect commercial and operational priorities, including quote-to-collect, global pistachio go-to-market, almond offer allocation, customer service enablement, and other recurring commercial operating processes. This person will also identify new annual strategic initiatives and own existing ones, with responsibility to report out to executives.

The Senior Manager will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Legal to clarify ownership, improve data flow, strengthen tools and governance, surface risks, and translate operational constraints into clear customer-facing actions.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
