We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Sales & Operations Planning to join our FIJI Water Planning team! This role is responsible for development and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations Planning process for FIJI Water Globally and help keep in balance supply and demand across all markets. The Sr. Analyst, Sales & Operations Planning will interact with several business units at different levels within the organization by providing key information to support senior management decisions. This is a great opportunity to work and learn a unique supply chain like FIJI Water’s.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job Description
- Responsible to consolidate the information for Sales & Operations Planning monthly cycle meetings and maintain Sales & Operations Planning KPI’s like forecast variance and forecast bias.
- Standardize the process for reporting information in the S&OP ensuring that the right level of information is available to the right audience at the right time.
- Partner closely with Supply Planning and Sales to identify potential forecasting and inventory issues that can be mitigated through early detection and proper handling, such as inventory shortages or aging stock.
- Generate scenarios to support decisions as they relate to Sales & Operations Planning situations
- Communicate new product introductions and track transitions as needed based on production and transit times.
- Act as a key liaison between IT, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the forecasting system effectively supports evolving business needs and strategic objectives.
- Lead or support projects as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or Sales & Operations Planning process
- BS/BA preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
- Advanced knowledge of PC applications principally Excel and other MS Office products
- High attention to detail is a must
- Recognized efforts to complete tasks independently, timely, and efficiently
- Proven executive presentation skills with the ability to use data for storytelling
- APICS/ASCM or IBF certifications a plus
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
