WG Genera PTE Ltd is an established Fumigation and Pest Control Company based in the Central and Western Division is part of a wider group of companies owned by Neptune Pacific Direct Line, a sister company of Fiji Water.
The Branch Manager - West is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the Nadi branch within the Pest Control, Hygiene, Fumigation, and cleaning business. You will be assisting the commercial team in driving business growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing financial performance of the branch, and fostering a positive work environment with the team and clients. This role will be reporting to the General Manager and will be based in Nadi, Airport Office.
Job Description
- Ensure that all Operations comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations as mandated by the business and with the assistance of OHS & Compliance Officer, Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in your branch to minimize risks to employees, customers, and the public.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits with the OHS & Compliance Officer to identify and address potential hazards or compliance issues within the branch.
- Manage stock levels of Fumigants, Pest Control, Hygiene & Cleaning chemicals, equipment, and other supplies necessary for operations. This will involve forecasting demands according to sales targets and maintaining an accurate inventory record.
- Oversee and manage the team of technicians and administrative staff.
- Develop operational plans and schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Monitor the branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare regular & or Monthly reports on branch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) of the operational arm of the business and customer satisfaction feedback. Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Pest Control, Hygiene, Fumigation, or cleaning industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- A strategist and logical thinker and strong focus in process improvement and operations efficiency.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Pest Control Efficiency: Will measure the number of Pest infestations effectively controlled or eliminated within a specific timeframe. This will reflect your ability to address Pest problems and how effectively are they managed.
- Client Satisfaction: Will measure the client satisfaction levels through surveys or feedback forms.
- Response Time: Will measure the time it takes for you to organize your team to respond to distress call from clients.
- Safety Compliance: Will foresee the number of Safety incidents occurs at your branch and how each incident/ accident was handled by you.
- Call Backs: Will measure how many call backs are received from clients after a service is provided by your team. Identify the reasons of calls backs and what will be done to solve the issue.
- Cost Efficiency: Monitor the cost effectiveness of the Operations by comparing the expenses incurred against the revenue generated by your branch monthly.
- Inventory Control: will measure if you are able to foresee chemical usage and ordering. Will also be used to measure your competency in observing proper stock transfer, usage and stock take duties of the stock custodian.
