JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is seeking a welcoming Production Front Desk Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative support tasks and activities including but not limited to; managing the front desk, greeting visitors and employees, manage inventory and order office supplies, and assisting with the day-to-day production administrative functions as needed. This individual will be expected to be a self-starter, as most roles will be independent tasks with little or no supervision.

The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with the exception of harvest season (August - November) when overtime and weekend work may be required.  This is for our production facility at Wisteria Lane in town.

• Manage influx of vendors through supervision of entry gate (security) to the facility
• Greets and assists visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk check in/saftey process
• Answer phones in professional manner, screen, and route calls as necessary
• Orders and maintains office supplies; arranges for equipment maintenance when necessary
• Keeps supply room and front lobby area tidy
• Performs basic queries and sorts mail
• Accepts shipments and manages incoming and outgoing mail/packages
• Collaborate with other business entities including but not limited to Grower Relations, Human Resources, and Safety

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Bilingual (English, Spanish) is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
• Computer skills to effectively use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Previous Human Resources experience a plus, but not required
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels
• Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-changing environment

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
