Overview:

Directs and controls the work process under his / her supervisor’s instructions. Informs employees of production schedules and goals. Trains new employees. Interprets company policies and procedures to employees, works with employees to resolve job problems. Holds employees accountable for work performance. Organizes work site, delegates assignments, responsible for executing pre-determined employees schedules, and notifying them of their start and quit time.  Evaluates employees’ performance.  Makes corrections and follows up to see that instructions have been carried out. Recommends disciplinary action or termination.  Keeps supervisor informed of job progress. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in their work process. Listen to and work with employee grievances. Enforces and instructs on safety rules and regulations.  Responsible for the sanitation of Citrus Plant.

• Familiarity with chemicals used in the sanitation process.
