• Monday - Tuesday - 8:30am - 5:45pm
• Friday - 8:30am - 5:45pm
• Saturday - 8:30am - 5:15pm
• Sunday - 9:45am - 4:15pm

Ready to take the next step in retail leadership? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused 3IC / Sales Consultant to join our team!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to grow into management while still being hands-on with customers and sales on the shop floor.

What you’ll be doing:

-Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations

-Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager

-Leading by example through exceptional customer service and sales performance

-Driving KPI results and motivating the team to achieve targets

-Hosting engaging morning meetings and team huddles

-Coaching, teaching, and guiding team members every day

-Creating a positive, supportive, and high-energy team culture

-Assisting with merchandising, stock management, Admin and operational standards

What we’re looking for:

-A passionate team player with strong communication skills

-A positive attitude and willingness to support others

-Confidence in leading a team and making decisions

-Strong focus on customer experience and achieving results

-Previous retail or sales experience preferred, leadership experience is a bonus
