We recently reviewed our Executive Support function to see how we could operate in a more streamlined, and consistent way across our organisation making sure we utilise digital tools and self-service aspects as much as we can. With this we now have two exciting opportunities supporting key portfolios across our Executive Leadership Team:
- Chief Digital & Transformation Officer, Chief Executive Officer – Noel Leeming and Chief Supply Chain Officer
- Chief Merchandise Officer, and Acting Chief Planning Officer

Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the heart and engine room behind your leaders ensuring seamless operations, clear communication, and exceptional organisation.
You’ll:
- Own diary and inbox management
- Coordinate meetings, travel and logistics with precision
- Prepare agendas, presentations and documents/resources as required
- Handle correspondence, capture actions and ensure timely follow-through and maintain accurate records
- Assist with events, conferences and team activities
- Assist with expense processing and invoice coding
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and discretion at all times
You won’t just manage schedules, you’ll be a gate keeper for time, anticipate needs, and enable strategic impact.
Qualifications
You’re experienced, polished and unflappable.
- 3+ years’ PA or senior administration experience, ideally supporting multiple leaders
- Advanced MS Office capability (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Professional, discreet and comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or working within a large corporate environment will set you apart. Exposure to project coordination or event management is a bonus too.
