With over 2m customers visiting our website and app every week, and 1.5m walk into our stores, this role so crucial within our passionate Omni Experience team! This is a 6 month fixed term contract for an eCommerce Operations Specialist to join, starting ASAP.

Job Description

Reporting to the TWS Omni Strategy & Experience Lead, you'll manage the online product lifecycle to ensure our full range is shoppable, searchable, and accurately represented. You'll help deliver a seamless online experience that reflects our in-store offering—no missing images or out-of-stock surprises! We're after a high-energy self-starter who thrives on juggling multiple systems, improving processes, and occasionally handling the mundane to get the job done.

Core responsibilities will see you:

  • Diagnosis & fix of issues across pricing, promo, imagery, product data & integration. These issues stop customers being able to view our full assortment & purchase online
  • Effectively manage to product lifecycle online
  • Manage store hours & changes to opening hours online
  • Manage pre-orders to ensure optimal online availability
  • Manage onsite badging & filtering to ensure key messages communicated to customers e.g. promos, new in, online only etc
  • Manage category hierarchy including manually managed categories, Specials and MTEs
  • Search & sort optimisation
  • Operational support across other digital platforms e.g. Eagle Eye, Dynamic Yield, Bizarre Voice etc.

Qualifications

You'll be analytically minded and numerically savvy with a strong understanding of trading a digital business in an omni-channel environment. You've got a strong affinity with multi-category retail industry with a commercial & customer focused mind-set.

We're looking for:

  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with data 
  • Ability to see through the customers eyes when reviewing data
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel including ability to do basic VLOOKUPs  
  • Experience working within an ecommerce / marketing environment  
  • Ability to partner with others  
  • Strong ability to set priorities   
  • Technical aptitude 
  • Problem solving skills 

It would be great if you also had understanding of SQL/Databases (advantageous!), XML experience a bonus and knowledge & experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eagle Eye, BazaarVoice.
