Job Description
As our next assistant manager, you will help develop a diverse team and promote a positive store environment. You are focused on retail excellence and understand what it takes to drive sales, maintain exceptional store standards – all while keeping our customers happy and loyal!
You assist in leading your team to produce great results and you believe in working together to achieve success. Are you are ready to embrace all aspects of store management and be a great support to the store manager?
We are looking for someone with leadership qualities who loves the buzz of running a busy store. You might even surprise us with what you can do!
Knowing how to get the best out of people through active coaching (rather than telling) is pivotal to how our teams are succeeding. Support the Store Manager you will be leading your team on the floor, and working closely with them to help grow their sales capability will be key to your role, so you'll need to have prior experience in this style of management.

Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
- Some supervisory experience, preferably in retail
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
- Confidence and ability to drive direct others
