This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work:

• Sunday and Monday: 10am to 6:30pm
• Tuesday to Thursday: 12:30pm to 9:00pm

We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic Sales Support 2IC to assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’. You will also support back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and administration tasks are completed daily.

Therefore, this role requires a strong customer focus and a passion for retail, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Support Manager in leading and coaching the team responsible for managing all customer-critical "Front End" processes, including checkouts, loss prevention, and administration/cashier duties.
• Leading MarketClub acquisition – ensuring customers are being assisted in gaining the best value through our MarketClub deals.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.

Ideally, you will have the following:

• Proven retail experience.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• A passion for customer and employee experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
