What you will be doing?

Providing product advice, education and demonstrations to our customers is a big part of this role together with providing crucial support in the management of the store.

As a 3IC / Sales Consultant you will be responsible, in part, for driving your team to achieve sales success. You will also be responsible for the supervision of team members as directed and in the absence of the Store Manager, giving you the opportunity to develop your natural leadership skills in a retail environment.

To be successful in this role you must be driven to achieve sales and profit targets - both your own and the team targets. The ability to engage your team to reach their own goals at their full potential must be something that comes easily to you! Your energy and exceptional communication skills, along with an attitude that is second to none will see you shine in this vital team role.

This is a full time position, you will be required to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
