What you will be doing?

The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for ensuring sales enquiries, repairs, returns and exchanges are processed accurately and efficiently. Tasks are managed Torpedo7 customers.

The role works closely alongside our stock controller, dispatch warehouse and showroom/sales staff and plays an integral part in keeping our customers informed.

The main tasks performed are:

  Processing customer enquiries by phone, and email

  Processing returns, repairs, faulty or damaged equipment (where appropriate)

  Liaising with external Technicians

  Assisting in resolving customer complaints

  Filing and related admin tasks

 Assisting with stock processing and maintaining stockroom standards.

Continuation of upskilling on products and systems which have a direct impact on your role will be essential to stay on top of the fast paced work environment.

Who we are looking for?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who knows what good customer service is and how to deliver it. You will have an excellent phone manner with written and verbal skills to match. Keeping calm in all situations, no problem is too great. 

Good knowledge of inventory management and stock processing systems will be an advantage.
