Our Noel Leeming Commercial division has grown year on year and we have aggressive growth plans going forward.  Which is why we need a coordinator to come join us and support us on our journey – lots of scope, exposure and opportunity!  And we promise you will be kept busy!

The role

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, Commercial – Noel Leeming, you will support the commercial team in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and events.  You will also create and manage the activity calendars with key B2B and B2B2C partnerships.  Other responsibilities will range from managing eDMs, managing friends and family campaigns, updating webpages, through to social media.  This position will see you work with closely with the wider marketing team (creative, media, digital, integrated marcom) and the Noel Leeming Commercial and Sales Managers.

About you

Strong project management and organisational skills are critical, along with your attention to detail and action focused work approach.  Your top-notch communication and relationship management skills will see you confidently work cross functionally, building credibility easily with internal and external stakeholders.  We want a true self starter, with high energy levels and someone whom thrives (and delivers) with intense timelines and workloads. Our wish list also includes:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing (preferable)
• Marketing Communications experience (approx. 2-3 years) and B2B a bonus
• A passion and interest in Digital, and some relevant experience including web CMS and relevant CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of content marketing funnels and customer journey creation
• Experience working with advertising and media agencies
