The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlement demands with insurance carriers under attorney supervision.
• Manage settlement-related case activities and client communications.
• Review medical records, bills, liens, and settlement documentation.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
• Prepare files for settlement and case resolution.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience.
• Experience negotiating bodily injury claims and working with insurance carriers.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.
