Job Description

As a Project Manager at The Ward Law Group, you will play a key role in helping us optimize and standardize how our firm operates. You’ll work across departments to review and document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and consistency across teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with leadership to prioritize projects, create scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure successful implementation of firm-wide process initiatives.

You’ll start by working closely with our Production Department, analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement before expanding to other operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, document, and analyze existing workflows across departments to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop, update, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support consistent execution and scalability.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, communication, and productivity across the firm.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of technology tools—particularly Litify (Salesforce platform)—to improve operations and data management.
• Ensure process changes are successfully adopted through training, communication, and documentation.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within each department you support.

Compensation Range: USD $1,700–$2,500 USD per month

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in operations, legal services, or professional services.
• Strong background in process improvement, documentation, and workflow analysis.
• Experience managing cross-departmental projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Litify (Salesforce platform) strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
