Job Description
The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
As Content Delivery Coordinator you will provide specialist knowledge and customer support for the Course Readings & Interlibrary Loans service portfolio. In this role you be responsible for preparing reports for course reading list work, ensuring course reading list metadata and online links meet agreed standards, and provide advice to University staff regarding copyright compliance for course reading list content. You will provide specialist support to locate and supply complex interloan requests and ensure interloan requests are supplied within industry standard timeframes.

Qualifications

Post-secondary qualification or degree in a library and information related or equivalent discipline
You will operate with energy and passion, demonstrate a collaborative approach to work well with others, and model best practice principles and behaviours.
Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake
Demonstrated experience of services for course readings, associated copyright conditions, and document delivery services.
Experience with library management systems.
Experience in process improvement and maximising relevant systems.
