As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in aligning our teams with strategic objectives, fostering high performance, and driving continuous growth across various functions. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive organisational success, contributing to our overall People Strategy, and collaborating with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.

You'll partner with learning and development specialists to design and deliver impactful training programs, provide coaching and support to managers and employees on career development and succession planning, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate with senior stakeholder management
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power BI etc..)
- CIPD desirable
- Extensive knowledge and experience in HR, with solid employment law knowledge - Gibraltarian employment law (desirable)
- Experience working in HR in a digital/online, retail or leisure/hospitality or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing and delivering transformational people strategies
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation
- Experience across a wide range of HR disciplines i.e. business partnering, reward, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations
