Job Description
Are you a data-driven HR professional passionate about strategic planning? We are seeking an HR Workforce Planning Specialist to ensure our organization has the right talent, skills, and structure to meet future business goals. In this role, you will analyze workforce trends, build forecasting models, and collaborate with leadership to optimize our global human capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills data to create actionable dashboards and executive reports.
Demand Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Model future staffing needs and lead strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with business growth and market trends.
Business Partnership: Consult with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to translate business objectives into tailored workforce strategies.
Systems & Process Optimization: Leverage HRIS and workforce planning tools to build accurate models, enhance reporting, and refine internal planning policies.
Trend Monitoring: Track labor market shifts, emerging HR technology, and industry best practices to continuously improve workforce strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in HR with a focused background in workforce planning, strategic HR, or HR analytics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAC); experience with dedicated workforce planning software is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Advanced ability to analyze complex datasets, build forecasts, and solve multi-dimensional talent challenges.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly to stakeholders across all levels.
