As a Data Operations Analyst II (Survey Programming), you will own the end-to-end survey lifecycle-from initial script development to data delivery. Utilizing SurveyToGo platform, you will program, debug, and maintain complex questionnaires based on inputs from the Research Team. This highly collaborative role bridges technical survey development, rigorous quality assurance, and direct stakeholder communication. You will closely liaise with project managers and researchers to understand their precise requirements, program surveys to their exact specifications, and proactively resolve any technical issues encountered during fieldwork.
Qualifications
Primary Role Responsibilities:
Turn questionnaires into online/F2F surveys; develop/debug scripts using SurveyToGo (Dooblo) and Decipher.
Implement quotas, redirects, and F2F script QC links in STG; launch studies live; manage vendor translations and localization.
Handle ongoing updates, link changes, data exports, record rejections, data edits, and final closure.
Perform exhaustive quality assurance and Link Quality Checks for error-free, logical, and client-aligned surveys.
Review data for outliers, skip logic issues, or inconsistencies; execute cleansing and merging.
Review incoming questionnaires/materials from Client Servicing (CS) for correctness before programming.
Coordinate with CS, PMT, and IQC teams for smooth execution, clarifications, and programming issues.
Actively resolve and maintain live surveys in the field to meet client expectations.
Support diverse non-core tasks to ensure team efficiency and workflow seamlessness.
Requires willingness and adaptability to regularly commit to GMT shifts in the future.

Position Prerequisites:
Possess a sharp, logical, critical-thinking mindset; understand core concepts like Loops, Conditional logic, Quotas, and Media (Ads, Images).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CS, PMT, IQC) to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement system modifications.
Self-motivated, curious, fast learner who easily grasps new concepts and is passionate about technology.
Highly organized, proactive professional able to independently manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
Exceptional attention to detail with an uncompromising commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality outputs across all tasks.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / BE / BSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT-related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in survey programming, specifically utilizing SurveyToGo (STG). Knowledge of Decipher scripting is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite solutions.
Essential practical knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
