Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Techno-Functional Project Manager (S4 Hana) to support the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA across 35 countries. In this role, you will serve as the central coordination hub, bridging the gap between the Global Project Management Office (PMO) and our international Finance teams.

Your mission will be to keep project tracks on schedule, maintain flawless documentation, and ensure seamless communication across global borders.

Responsibilities:

1. Global Coordination & Scheduling

  • Cross-Border Alignment: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and localization sessions across multiple time zones for 35 countries.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for country-specific Finance leads, ensuring they are aware of upcoming deadlines, deliverables, and data cleansing requirements.

  • Action Tracking: Attend project meetings, capture detailed minutes, and aggressively track action items to closure.

2. Financial & PMO Support

  • Budget & Expense Tracking: Assist the Finance Project Manager in tracking project spend, reconciling vendor invoices, and monitoring budget variances.

  • Resource Management: Maintain the project resource plan, tracking internal and external consultant allocations across various country workstreams.

  • Status Reporting: Consolidate weekly and monthly status reports from local finance teams into master dashboards for executive leadership.

3. Documentation & Data Governance

  • Data Cleansing Coordination: Help coordinate the readiness of financial master data (Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers) from legacy systems to S/4HANA by tracking data cleansing progress per country.

  • Project Repository Management: Maintain a structured, centralized SharePoint/Teams repository for all project documentation, localization blueprints, and sign-off certificates.

  • Cutover Support: Assist in documenting cutover plans and tracking readiness checklists during the critical go-live phases for each country wave.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Total Experience : 10+ Years 

  • Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Project Administration, PMO Coordination, or a senior administrative role within a corporate environment.

  • Global Exposure: Prior experience working on large-scale, multi-country IT implementations (SAP or major ERP rollouts is highly desirable).

  • Finance Familiarity: A solid understanding of basic accounting/finance concepts (e.g., Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, financial reporting) is a major plus.

Technical Skills

  • Project Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet).

  • MS Office Suite: Advanced skills in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for creating executive-ready decks.

  • ERP Awareness: Previous exposure to SAP or S/4HANA navigation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Soft Skills

  • Cultural Competence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across 35 countries.

  • Organization: Elite organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor or MBA degree , preferably with additional SAP certifications
