Job Description

Purpose

Acts as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the Head of
G/EHRBP. This role is designed to drive organizational effectiveness by managing
complex workstreams, facilitating high-level decision-making, and ensuring the
seamless execution of HR strategic imperatives across the global matrix.
Bridges the gap between vision and execution, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison
across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Objectives & Strategic Impact
● Executive Support & Focus: Partner with the G/EHRBP leadership to identify
high-priority focus areas and track the progress of strategic organization-wide
projects.
● Operational Excellence: Review and optimize organizational procedures and
structures to eliminate skills gaps and improve overall productivity.
● Strategic Initiatives: Oversee and drive key growth projects from initial
development through to successful execution.
● Decision Support: Assist executives in complex decision-making through data-
driven insights, program management, and initiative implementation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Governance
● Manage and facilitate high-level leadership meetings, ensuring agendas are
focused and objectives are met.
● Ensure full preparedness for all executive engagements, including the curation of
high-impact briefing materials and presentations.
● Coordinate the senior leadership team to ensure alignment on targets and HR
priorities.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
● Serve as the primary liaison between staff, senior leaders, and cross-functional
departments.
● Manage executive communications and presentations, ensuring clarity and
consistency for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
● Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to drive project
timelines and increase operational responsiveness.
3. Project & Program Management
● Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for special projects, developing actionable
plans and handling complex inquiries.

● Monitor and report on interdepartmental project health, focusing on data-driven
outcomes and budget management.
● Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process
inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience - 12 - 15 yrs

Strategic Execution: Proven experience in planning and leading large-scale
strategic initiatives within a global matrix environment.
Leadership Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with
the ability to influence at the executive level.
Operational Rigor: Strong background in program management, including the
ability to organize and direct multiple diverse teams.
Agility: A nimble business mind capable of developing creative solutions to
complex organizational challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a
related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Preferred Attributes
● Background in Management Consulting with a focus on operations or HR
transformation.
● Strong Data Analytics capability and experience managing departmental
budgets.
● Demonstrated success in Project Coordination and high-level reporting.
