Job Description
Nielsen is a leading global measurement and data analytics company specializing in high-tech solutions that provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the online world. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work within the Ad Operations team alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure our diverse product offerings are delivered successfully to the client.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a large and dynamic client/project portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
Oversee multiple digital campaigns in parallel, including campaign creation, issue monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Follow through consistently on all issue resolutions.
Assist the team in product and solution presentations to internal teams and clients.
Provide technical training and support for our product solutions to clients.
Guide clients through the correct implementation and testing of Nielsen tags on digital advertising campaigns and troubleshoot issues as the Technical Expert.
Maintain excellent service standards and responsiveness for all client requests, ensuring a calm and helpful demeanor under pressure.
Identify best practices and assist in the creation of support materials, including implementation guides, FAQs, and internal documentation.
Multitask effectively to support multiple business-critical projects and client engagements simultaneously.
Escalate and engage support as required to ensure timely turnaround times for the client.
Collaborate with Tech Services leads on assigned projects.
Work across cross-functional teams as needed, including Operations, Engineering, Client Services, and Sales.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
Aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
Creative problem-solving skills and an unyielding focus on client satisfaction.
Strong understanding of web/internet technologies and the digital advertising ecosystem.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize to effectively support multiple "business-critical" projects and client engagements at once.
Fluency in Spanish and English languages
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Account Management and/or Advertising Operations.
Experience with Ad Servers (e.g., Campaign Manager, Adform) is considered a plus.
Knowledge of different tagging technologies (JavaScript, Image Pixel, VAST, VPAID, etc.).
Understanding of the in-app advertising environment (iOS and Android) for mobile measurement.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
