Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate IT Trainee to join our dynamic and growing technology team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who has a foundational understanding of information technology and is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, professional setting. The IT Trainee will be an integral part of our team, providing technical support, assisting with IT projects, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technological infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving basic software issues.
- Problem Resolution: Document and track support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
