Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead marketing mix projects for clients, from defining business questions to delivering actionable insights.
Provide proactive, expert-level insights and action-oriented solutions, clearly communicating methodologies and results.
Partner with clients to develop optimal marketing plans based on analysis and optimization results.
Create and present comprehensive reports, including data-driven recommendations and advice.
Lead client meetings and communication with all levels of leadership and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with global teams to provide holistic client support.
Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous self-development among team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client decision-makers by consistently demonstrating value.
Mentor junior associates on best practices, client communication, and project execution.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.
Lead large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
Oversee project management tasks, including scope definition, planning and communication to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing mix projects.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
8-10+ years of experience in marketing research or analytics, preferably in FMCG, Finance, Technology, or Automotive.
Proven track record of hands-on data analysis and insights generation.
Strong consultative storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for applying statistical analysis to solve business challenges.
Proficiency in working with large datasets and data manipulation tools.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling is highly desirable.
Experience with a variety of analytics and modeling techniques such as attribution, predictive analytics, etc. is desirable.
Familiarity with Nielsen, Circana, and media audience data is a plus.
An adaptable and motivated self-starter who is willing to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Additional Information
A reasonable estimate of salary range of a new employee to be offered this role would be between $100,000 and $130,000 total comp.
