About the Role

We are seeking experienced Freestanding Emergency Room Registered Nurses (FSED RNs) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity standalone emergency department. This role requires strong clinical skills, rapid decision-making, and the ability to manage diverse and complex emergency cases. You’ll work in a high-volume environment delivering exceptional care to patients across all acuity levels.

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

• Mixed (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume FSED setting

• Triage, assess, stabilize, and treat patients across all acuity levels

• Respond rapidly to life-threatening conditions

• Collaborate closely with physicians and the emergency care team

• Prioritize care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment

• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up plans

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and facility standards

• 3+ years of recent acute care ER experience (within the last year)

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility

• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred

• BLS required within 30 days of hire

• Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) within 90 days of hire
