Compensation: $115,000 – $165,000 base + bonus potential
Job Description
Join a growing outpatient neurology practice in North Texas offering a Monday–Friday schedule, no call, no weekends, and strong physician support.
Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants from internal medicine, primary care, or hospital-based backgrounds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking a structured outpatient role with the ability to transition into neurology.
The practice provides structured onboarding and hands-on training, including exposure to Botox therapy and intrathecal pump management.
Neurology experience is not required. The team offers structured training for candidates with a background in internal medicine, primary care, or hospital-based practice.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage new and established neurology patients in an outpatient setting
Provide follow-up care for conditions including migraines, seizures, neuropathy, dementia, and stroke recovery
Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management
Review diagnostic studies such as imaging and lab results
Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans
Coordinate long-term care and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in training for neurology procedures such as Botox therapy and pump management
Qualifications
Required
Licensed or eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
Clinical background in internal medicine, primary care, hospital medicine, or related field
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
Preferred
Interest in neurology or willingness to train in specialty procedures
Experience managing chronic conditions and complex patient populations
