Compensation: $27.42 – $36.95/hr (based on experience)
Differentials: +$4.50/hr (Nights)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Overview

We are seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT) to join our respiratory therapy team in St. Cloud, FL. This role provides opportunities to work with advanced respiratory equipment, care for high-acuity patients, and contribute to patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care treatments and therapies to patients of all ages.

• Assist with critical care ventilation and complex interventions.

• Document care accurately in patient medical records.

• Maintain equipment and uphold safety standards.

• Support hospital-wide initiatives for patient safety and clinical excellence.

• Active Florida RRT license.

• 1+ year of respiratory therapy experience.

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care (AMA approved).

• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
