Salary Range:

• $27.72 – $33.00/hr (up to 5 years experience)

• $36.30/hr (10 years experience)

• $39.60/hr (15+ years experience)

Shift Differentials:

• $3/hr (Night Shift)

• $2/hr (Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus:

• Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)

Relocation Assistance:

• Case-by-case basis

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med-Tele Neuro RN to deliver high-quality nursing care for patients who are ill, injured, or recovering. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage treatments autonomously, advocate for patient safety, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care.

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating weekends)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating weekends) 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze comprehensive patient data for health assessments

• Advocate for patient safety and well-being as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Develop individualized care plans based on clinical data and diagnoses

• Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments

• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care

• Minimum 1 year recent acute care RN experience

• Current BLS certification (required)

• ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)

• BSN degree preferred

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact RN license with intent to obtain Florida license if not already held
