Neurology Registered Nurse (RN) – Days or Nights | Full-Time | Gainesville, FL

Salary: $30.69 – $43.20 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:

• $15,000 for Day Shift

• $25,000 for Night Shift
  Shift Differentials:

• $4.25/hour for Night Shifts

• $3.00/hour for Weekends
  Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Position Overview

As a Neurology RN, you will play a vital role in caring for patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke, seizures, and neuromuscular disorders. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments at admission and during each shift

• Monitor and document neurological changes, vital signs, and treatment response

• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and care protocols

• Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge care

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to provide coordinated, patient-centered care

• Respond quickly to changes in condition and assist with emergency interventions

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience within the past 4 years (required)

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within 30 days of hire

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – preferred
