Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00/hr (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus:

  • $10,000 for Day Shift

  • $20,000 for Night Shift

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr

• Relocation Assistance: Offered (case-by-case)

Position Summary:

Join a high-acuity emergency department where quick thinking and clinical expertise save lives. As an ER Registered Nurse, you’ll provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with diverse and urgent medical conditions in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Triage and assess patients presenting with urgent/emergent medical needs

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and evaluate patient response

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)

• Licensure:

  • Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN (FL license required within 60 days)

• Education:

  • Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)

• Certifications:

  • BLS (within 30 days)

  • ACLS (within 90 days)

  • PALS (within 90 days)

  • ENPC, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months of start)
