Pay:

• Hourly Rate:

  • $27.72 – $33/hr (5 years of experience)

  • $36.30/hr (10 years of experience)

  • $39.60/hr (15+ years of experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

• Shift Differentials:

  • $3/hr (Nights)

  • $2/hr (Weekends)

As a Med-Tele Neuro RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex neurological and medical conditions. You'll work in a telemetry-equipped unit that emphasizes safety, education, and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment accordingly

• Educate patients and their families on conditions, medications, and treatment plans

• Actively advocate for patient needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience

• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred (Required within 6 months)

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Licensing:

  • Compact RN License accepted

  • Must obtain Florida RN license if not already held

• Shift Options:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating weekends)

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating weekends)

• Patient Population: Med-Surg/Telemetry with a neurological focus

• Team Environment: Interdisciplinary, supportive, fast-paced
