Pay Details:

• Pay: $27.72 - $39.60/hr based on experience

  • 5+ years: $33/hr

  • 10+ years: $36.30/hr

  • 15+ years: $39.60/hr

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

As an ER RN, you will:

• Provide compassionate and timely care to patients of all ages.

• Triage, assess, and treat patients with minor injuries to critical illnesses.

• Collaborate with physicians and departments for seamless patient care.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and provide necessary referrals.

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required.

• Education: Associate Degree or RN Diploma.

• Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or multistate (or able to obtain before starting).

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Required before start)

  • ACLS & PALS (Required within 90 days of hire)

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Required within 90 days of hire)
