Job Description

Are you an experienced, hands‑on HR professional who’s used to supporting busy managers across different sites? We’re looking for a practical HR generalist to join our friendly and down to earth team.

This is a genuinely varied role where you could be involved in anything from day‑to‑day ER support to recruitment and everything in between. You’ll see the real impact of your work, partnering closely with managers and helping shape how things get done. We’re continuing to grow at pace, so you’ll need to be confident getting stuck in quickly and building strong working relationships from day one.

You’ll give honest, sensible HR advice, have a “can‑do” approach and be comfortable rolling your sleeves up. Confidence in guiding managers through all kinds of employment matters is essential, along with the drive to help make things happen on the ground. We’re looking for someone CIPD‑qualified (ideally Level 7 or equivalent experience) who can bring solid, practical HR know‑how.

Alongside the day‑to‑day generalist work, there will be opportunities to get involved in longer‑term HR projects - ideal if you enjoy improving processes, shaping culture or helping build better ways of working as we grow.

As a multi‑site business, some travel around the UK will be essential, but we make good use of virtual tools to keep travel sensible.

Qualifications

·         Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant qualification

·         CIPD Level 7 is preferred

·         Experience in a multi-site environment preferred
