Job Description
Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a strong Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) background?

At our Eufaula facility, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our plant operations remain efficient, safe, and fully functional. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for maintenance oversight and instrumentation troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do:
🔧 Maintenance Leadership:
- Assist in scheduling, overseeing, and performing maintenance and repairs to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Support plant projects, including turnarounds, lockout/tag-out procedures, and confined space entries.
- Ensure all equipment is inspected and maintained per manufacturer requirements.
- Work closely with department managers and supervisors to quickly address maintenance needs.
- Help implement preventative maintenance programs and maintain detailed records of repairs and inspections.
- Coordinate contractor bids and oversee major maintenance and capital projects.
- Train and assess site maintenance personnel to ensure technical proficiency.
⚡ Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Expertise:
- Troubleshoot, commission, and calibrate Coriolis, DP, Vortex, Turbine, and mag meters.
- Work with Level, DP, and PH instrumentation.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as Fluke meters, Emerson Hart Communicator Trex, and motor megger.
- Maintain and repair 480VAC motors, switchgear, and all plant instrumentation.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
✅ 5+ years of plant mechanical experience, preferably in a production environment.
✅ Strong technical and mechanical expertise; experience in plant operations is a plus.
✅ Proficiency with diagnostic tools and maintenance tracking systems (SAP knowledge preferred).
✅ Knowledge of HAZWOPER, OSHA, PSM, RCRA, and DOT regulations.
✅ Ability to lead, train, and work effectively with maintenance personnel.
✅ Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks.
- Must be medically cleared to use SCBA, in-line air respirators, and other respiratory equipment.
