About the role 

Are you a product management enthusiast with a passion for innovation and strategy development? We are looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our team. In this multifaceted position, you will be working across the product groups and assisting the Product Development team to promote the temperzone product range to the market, assisting with developing and supporting both new and existing products. Our ideal candidate will be located in either Auckland or Sydney and work full-time from our local office in that location.

The role will be heavily involved with both our Air Conditioning Product and associated controls packages, so some experience with software, electronics hardware, and industrial control and connectivity systems (e.g. BACnet, Modbus) is preferred but not essential.

Key elements to the role:

  • Collaborate with project teams to gather market requirements. 
  • Craft strategic business cases for exciting new projects. 
  • Assist in executing go-to-market strategies. 
  • Assist with the coordination the activities of our product development team.
  • Support the sales team with complex customer requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should: 

  • Have prior experience in product management. 
  • Possess project leadership skills. 
  • Be proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis. 
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities. 
  • Embrace a hands-on, collaborative problem-solving approach. 
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence. 
  • Showcase excellent time management and planning skills.
  • be able to demonstrate your ability to positively engage and communicate effectively to different workgroups.
