In this hybrid role you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service while maintaining our company’s stellar reputation. Your hands-on approach will be essential as you balance your leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your technical knowledge to perform specialised warranty services on our Temperzone and Hitachi products.
• Coordinating service calls, assigning technicians, and prioritising tasks.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide start-up assistance for new installations.
• Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure the highest quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs.
• Participate in training and development programs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostic ability to ensure effective resolution of problems
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate
• Possess in-depth technical knowledge and qualifications in HVAC and/or refrigeration disciplines
• Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence (if applicable in your region)
