As a Senior Manager Procurement Processes (all genders), you will be the global process owner for all procurement activities. It will be part of your role to own process strategy, tools and metrics across S2C, P2P, Sustainability and Risk (among others). In addition, you’ll be playing a key role in both procurement analytics and compliance management. This role is a key pillar in transforming the company’s procurement function and taking it to the next level.

• Be responsible for optimizing and streamlining procurement processes while leading digitalization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, implement cutting-edge technology solutions, and enhance our procurement operations
• Evaluate and reengineer existing procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality
• Lead the digitalization strategy for procurement, identify and implement digital tools, automation, and analytics to optimize operations.
• Lead data and analytics efforts so the function can make informed procurement decisions, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure procurement processes adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT, to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in procurement
• Own the procurement sustainability strategy and reporting as well as risk management activities
• Actively manage catalogues, marketplaces, master data and contracts as per to be defined strategies

• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, ideally some of it working on similar scope
• Relevant experience in procurement processes, tools, analytics, risk and sustainability
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives
• Strong service mindset
• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take (critical) decisions
• High level of reliability and commitment
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
