Job Description
- Develop and execute APAC digital demand generation campaigns integrating across all channels including paid search, SEO, programmatic display, social media, mobile marketing, video marketing, review sites, online forums across paid and non-paid media
- Responsible for prospect email nurture marketing including content generation, scheduling and analytics (leveraging EMEA and Americas)
- Work in close partnership with the local marketing, worldwide demand gen, APAC leadership team and media agency to deploy and localize TeamViewer’s digital campaigns to ensure reach, engagement and demand generation driving SMB bookings
- Feeding net new marketing leads to APAC inside sales team with laser focus digital campaigns driving inbound and high quality leads
- Report on demand generation results, track performance and optimize to ensure ROI is met
- Partner with key market players such as Google, Baidu, Naver, Yahoo, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and third party online influencer sites
- Influence and leverage global resources for content marketing, defining buyer personas, preference sites, content type and tracking for ROI
- Influence on regional translation, partnering with local marketing leads in Japan, Greater China and South Korea
- Manage digital budget and maintain up-to-date budget trackers monthly in consultation with APAC Marketing VP
- Monitor the competitive environment, stay connected on top trends and industry dynamics to continually define relevant opportunities and recommendations to drive the business
Qualifications
- 10+ years' hands-on experience in performance marketing with digital/E-Commerce companies, digital agencies or B2B SaaS-based tech companies
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of the full digital media mix across SEM, SEO, content marketing, online advertising, programmatic display, social media advertising, optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience in working with agencies to develop optimisation programs, SEO, digital assets and content
- Knowledge in digital analytics platform, digital campaign management and optimisation tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, DoubleClick, Webtrends, etc. and able to provide actionable insights
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Dynamics, SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, or other CRM/automation systems
- Experience working on campaigns across APAC (including Japan, China, South Korea) and able to work independently in a proactive manner
- Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or other Master’s degree is a plus
