• Design and develop new features of our software on the newest tablets and smartphones using Android technologies
• Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and technologies
• Work collaboratively in an agile development team (e.g. Scrum) within a continuous integration environment
• Be responsible for ensuring efficient implementation for code of the highest quality and ensure that our software is stable and runs efficiently on many different systems 
• Analyze, evaluate and test solutions to guarantee the high quality of our software
• Monitor the latest technical developments in your field and initiate improvements

• University degree in the field of Computer Science, Software engineering or relevant work experience
• Professional experience in the field of software development
• Good knowledge of C++, Java and Kotlin
• Experience in the field of Android development with the Android SDK or NDK
• Knowledge in the following fields is a plus: parallel programming, network communications, scalable systems
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Structured, analytical and goal oriented working methods such as Agile and a good team spirit
• Fulfilled military service 

• Contract location would be Porto, Portugal 
• Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
