Job Description

  • Define the marketing, positioning and communications strategy for one of three different TeamViewer products (TeamViewer Meeting, TeamViewer Remote Access & Support or IoT)
  • Deliver integrated marketing planning and positioning based on target groups, market trends, as well as company and product strategies
  • Lead the development of messaging and in-depth collateral for our product portfolio
  • Own, develop and drive all go-to-market activities and programs for TeamViewer products, inclusive of: blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets
  • Serve as an evangelist and subject matter expert to customers, partners, sellers, and analysts, regularly presenting to audiences large and small
  • Understand and support our sales channels: hold webinars, develop internal and external collaterals and teach them how and when to use it
  • Work closely with the Product Management, Sales and the Corporate Marketing functions (e.g. Brand & Demand, Communications, Operations etc.)
  • Evaluate and recommend event, trade fair and conference participation strategies, manage the appearance and represent TeamViewer

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in product marketing with an emphasis on B2B, preferably for an international IT (Enterprise) company
  • C2 level Fluency in English and/or German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Experienced converting product features into durable customer benefits
  • Strong messaging and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to a wide audience using real world examples, visuals, and analogies
  • Ability to create documents and presentation materials for demand generation, sales and internal teams
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role focused on running marketing campaigns, programs and messaging that will improve our reach and scale in key markets
  • A passion for learning new technologies and an aptitude to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders
  • Proven track record for delivering timely, quality and customer focused results.
