Job Description

  • Work with Sales & Customer Support teams in the APAC region to ensure training consistency across sites and within the training team
  • Provide onboarding and induction training to all new employees to the business
  • Create new and optimize existing training concepts and contents to continuously improve knowledge and skills (ILT, VILT and online)
  • Support employees with your product and process knowledge to increase performance and revenue
  • Align with department and team leaders on regular basis to identify training needs, design concepts and professionally develop our colleagues
  • Evaluate the Key Performance Indicators of your training initiatives to monitor the progress of our employees
  • Develop a sustainable concept for Blended Learning and eLearning for the needs of the business and employees

Qualifications

  • Professional classroom training and coaching experience, ideally in Sales/Customer Support within the IT Industry
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; must be flexible and able to adjust to changes in training priorities dependent on business needs
  • Ability to identify and develop strengths and potential growth opportunities for employees
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well as a team player as well as work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism
  • Good organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to present complex content clearly and transparently.
  • Excellent technical IT skills and the ability to quickly and independently learn new contents and concepts
  • Enjoy providing support and act as a role model for the employees.
  • Understand the importance of a positive feedback culture, ability to reflect on yourself and interested in continuously developing
  • Previous eLearning design experience preferred
  • Business English language skills are required – additional languages a plus (Mandarin/Japanese)
