Job Description
Reports to: Client Lead
Role Purpose:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner operates as a key member of a the TA team on a client site delivering first class service and consulting on all aspects of the hiring of people to their business.
Team Purpose:
The onsite team is responsible for all recruitment activities of the Client across all divisions of their business and offices in APAC.
Account Management, Business Partnering & Personal Brand
Responsible for creating a happy and engaged group of hiring managers
Establish and build strong relationships throughout the client business while becoming a trusted advisor with the C-Suite
Obtain & maintain a deep understanding of business
Positively consult to and influence hiring managers and HR on their recruitment processes & selection techniques
Staying up-to-date with recruitment best practice, and utilizing this knowledge to consult to HR and the business to ensure the Client is at the forefront of the market
Build a personal brand and presence in the relevant digital technology or media communities across the US
Sourcing & Recruitment
Supporting the leadership team with guidance on role prioritization, size and scoping.
Responsible for delivery on a broad array of roles within the US with a focus on delivering incredible candidate experiences
Undertake the full recruitment process according to Solve’s & the Client’s methodology
Assist hiring managers & HR create compelling and accurate job descriptions that reflect the roles they are trying to hire
Write and publish captivating job advertisements that represent the employer brand
Proactive sourcing of candidates to fill positions: Utilizing database searching, online search techniques such as X-Ray Search, meet-ups, events and referrals as well as creatively identifying new channels
Support HR & Marketing with awesome social content reflecting the Employer Value Proposition
Occasionally engage other recruiters within Talent or other agencies (which may also include negotiating terms of business on behalf of the Client), & manage that supplier relationship through the hiring process
First round interviewing of candidates (and joining managers on later rounds where required)
Writing, producing and submitting honest & clear candidate briefs to hiring managers
Candidate nurturing within relevant communities to build long term pipeline
Coordination of offsite Sourcers
Clearly briefing roles types for coordinated search
Guiding the Sourcers toward quality and relevant search outcomes
Assisting with continuous improvement of their CV & call-based screening techniques
Data & Reporting
Providing the Client stakeholders with market insight to assist with their decision making
Interpreting data to communicate insightful stories that inform hiring decisions with visually led reporting
Ensure all data relating to candidate interaction with the business is recorded accurately
Engaging the business internally to ensure awareness of open roles and a desire to refer people to them
Completion of candidate / hiring manager and employee surveys where relevant
Qualifications
Experience:
At least 7+ years recruiting with both in-house or RPO, and agency experience.
Account Management experience preferred
Technology or GTM recruitment experience preferred, with the ability to recruit across a broad array of positions
Experience working in a nimble fast paced business
Experience recruiting in data led environments
Education/ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred but not required

Confident, positive demeanour and great presentation skills
Exceptional communication skills both in person and via video / phone
Good customer service skills and the ability to adapt your communication to a disparate audience

Knowledge of diversity-based hiring techniques and proven ability to use them
Proven ability to build relationship to the level of trusted advisor with stakeholders of senior levels
Consistently takes a quality approach to recruitment and maintains a strong work ethic

Sound judgement and decision-making skills
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies
Demonstrated ability to build a local and regional candidate network
Strong HR / Recruitment technology skills – ATS / CRM / Social search tools
Possessing sophisticated candidate search techniques knowing how to identify quality candidates from multiple online locations such as Slack groups, Stack Overflow, Github, Dribbble, LinkedIn, Facebook etc,
Desire to mentor and pass skills more junior member of the team
