Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to deliver high-performing campaigns that make their brands visible, credible, and compelling in market.

In a landscape where customers are constantly searching, comparing, and observing, digital presence is critical. This role will see you bring campaigns to life, optimise performance, and convert attention into meaningful engagement and growth across multiple markets.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and scaling digital marketing initiatives. You’ll work across paid media, content, SEO, and marketing automation, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision and continuously optimised for impact.

Please note that this role will be performed remotely in the Philippines. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn and Google 360, to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Act as the internal specialist for paid media, providing performance insights and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Support website strategy and execution, managing updates, enhancements, and new builds in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Own marketing automation through HubSpot, including workflows, email nurture campaigns, and lead scoring programs
  • Act as the key liaison for the offshore website support team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to execute demand generation campaigns effectively

Content & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a monthly content plan aligned to campaign priorities and business objectives
  • Translate business goals into clear content themes across multiple brands
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted and relevant content

SEO & Optimisation

  • Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and search demand
  • Optimise content for SEO best practices, including metadata, structure, and internal linking
  • Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) practices to enhance visibility across AI-driven platforms
  • Monitor and refine content to improve search performance and rankings

Marketing Automation & Campaign Delivery

  • Build and manage email campaigns within marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Bullhorn
  • Deliver website projects across multiple brands, ensuring effective planning, optimisation, and launch
  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across channels, ensuring strong performance outcomes
  • Monitor campaign metrics, including engagement and conversion rates, and optimise accordingly

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, performance, and marketing effectiveness
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and operational excellence

Qualifications

To keep things fair and focused, we’ll only be progressing candidates who meet all of the following:

  • Proven digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid media and campaign optimisation
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns across LinkedIn and Google 360
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar) for workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing
  • Experience supporting website updates, builds, or optimisation
  • Solid understanding of SEO, including keyword research and content optimisation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments
