Job Description
We're looking for someone who loves the hunt and is focused on attracting candidates for contract or permanent positions. You'll thrive as you develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of our client's needs and requirements.
We look for people who are passionate about recruitment, enjoy helping candidates achieve their potential, have great communication skills, strong business acumen and most importantly, love dealing with people and have an ability to build strong relationships.
Joining an established team of Candidate Managers, you will work closely with one of our experienced Account Managers and will be responsible for searching, qualifying and matching suitable candidates to vacancies provided by Talent's clients. These vacancies will be based across both the commercial and government sectors. Good Candidate Managers are most definitely self-starters and can multi-task and prioritise which in-turn will help you optimise daily duties.

Task & Responsibilities
- Building and managing talent pools proactively.
- Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies.
- Coordinating interviews, assessment and offers of candidates.
- Building awesome relationships with clients and Hiring Managers.
Qualifications
Experience
We're striving to find that person who has the right aptitude, passion and commitment who is interested in a long-term career in recruitment.
Whilst previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, it’s not essential to be successful in this role. Some of our top performers both here in QLD and nationally started in this role with no prior experience.
What is important is that you have a customer service focus and can demonstrate a positive, resilient, creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
