Job Description
About the Project
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support the design and delivery of strategic data products for a major business transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytical needs into actionable data solutions, helping drive informed decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Design and define strategic data products aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Transform business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams.
- Validate and interpret data to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and KPIs.
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives where required.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in complex business environments.
- Experience designing data products, dashboards, or analytical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills.
- Experience gathering and translating reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced SQL knowledge.
- Experience working with reporting and visualization tools.
- Senior-level experience delivering data-driven initiatives.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.

What do we offer you?
- Work Location: 100% Remote.
- Working Hours: Ability to work full-time within the Spain time zone (CET/CEST)
- Workload: Full-time (40h/week)
- Contract Type: Temporary / Fixed-Term Contract - 9 months
