As a SAP Consultant in Professional Services, your primary responsibility involves managing and optimizing either our internal business processes or those of our clients, particularly in the realm of project management and consulting services within the SAP Public Cloud and S4/Hana frameworks. You'll be leading the utilization of Fiori applications for establishing and handling project structures and Work Packages, allocating resources, and overseeing cost planning and billing management. This will ensure the execution of projects aligns with strategic goals. Your duties will encompass:

• Proactively and attentively managing client projects and modification requests, you are known for your commitment to excellence in all the solutions you propose and implement;
• Serving as a functional and technical business expert in Professional Services for both Talan Americas and its clients;
• Implementing processes through FIORI applications specifically for professional services;
• You demonstrate your expertise in the advanced processes of project, resource, and billing management, including their nuances in the professional services context;
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to fulfill mandates with shared responsibility among various internal and external parties;
• Acting as a key resource for configuring our SAP instances and supporting our business and operational processes.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Functional Analyst in key SAP modules, including S4/Hana and/or ByDesign, with proven experience in deploying processes tailored to Professional Services;
• Proven experience with Fiori applications in managing complex, detailed projects, including those with multi-rate billing models, and in the creation and management of projects/Work Packages;
• Prior experience in handling multiple requests requiring critical management of client priorities;
• Competence in integrating business processes with SAP;
• Possess good oral and written communication skills in both French and English to communicate with clients located throughout North America.
