As a Middleware Senior Developer your mission will be to lead the Tibco BW 5.x and CE developer team.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

• Technical Leader role
• Middleware architecture knowledge.
• Tibco Suite knowledge
•  Analysis and resolution of incidents.

Required qualifications 

• +5 years of experience
• Tibco Business Works 5.x and CE.
• Knowledge of messaging protocols (JMS, MQ, REST,..).
• Knowledge of message formats (XML, JSON, FIX,….).
• DevOps (nice to have): Jenkins, Git, CloudBees, GitHub.
• Agile Methodology: Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Confluence.

Soft Skills:

• High level of proactivity and anticipation.
• Orientation to results.
• High analytical capacity.

Languages

• High English  level
