You are responsible for a functional part of incidents, changes Within our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary Squad (Process Engineers, Functional Analysts, Technical Analysts) and act as functional point of contact analyzing incidents and translating business requirements into end-to-end solutions, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient.

Main tasks:

- Help to express and collect needs

- Analyze and define the effective solutions

- Elaborate specifications (in co-creation with) technical experts 

- Execute test design and test execution for incidents/changes

- Facilitate meetings and workshops

- Prepare training material (upon necessity) for end-user communication and/or training

 Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP IS-U knowledge is a MUST (no proven SAP IS-U would be an immediate rejection)

- Metering / Billing OR

- Billing / Invoicing OR

- Structuring (switching/move) Belgian Energy Market parties and communication knowledge is a MUST (no proven knowledge would be an immediate rejection)

Fluent NL/EN or FR/EN is a must and preferably trilingual NL/FR/EN
